Pam Finkelstein cannot be trusted in the real estate business. She makes promise that she does not keep and will steal commissions when given the opportunity to do so. She owes Manalapan Realtor Bill Quigley $6,000 for his work on the sale of $1.15 million dollar estate on Spoonbill Road in Manalapan.
